Why cleaning

Over time, particle filters become saturated with ash residue, which greatly reduces or even clogs the storage capacity of the particulate filter.

This reduction in storage capacity ensures more frequent regeneration of the filter. The result is higher fuel consumption, or even malfunctions in the vehicle.

Driving too long with a saturated or clogged filter can potentially cause serious engine damage.

An average diesel particulate filter is expensive to replace and with prices ranging between € 800,00 –   € 2,000.00 or higher are not uncommon. Why spend a lot of money? In most cases, the diesel particulate filter can be cleaned very well with our EPF cleaner machine. The EPF machine cleans particulate filters in a very efficient, safe and environmentally friendly way.
